There are no passengers at Flare. Each individual brings special talents to the party, and is on a mission to avoid the obvious, and to continue improving their skills and knowledge. Our project brainstorming sessions often turn into creativity competitions, with ideas buzzing around the room like bees on 'e's, as we develop solutions to problems that clients don't even know they have.

We don't just want to meet our clients' objectives and expectations, we want to exceed them, by delivering innovative results with added value and real impact.

View are profiles of our key staff members. Don't be fooled by their relatively normal appearances and mundane hobbies. Behind each ingratiating smile is either a seething torrent of creative juices, a shrewd business brain, or perhaps even the distorted lateral logic of a psychopath - there is, after all, a fine line between genius and insanity.
