Newsflash: Kieran would love to hold your hand

The latest member of Team Flare is Kieran Smith, who will be heading up our new Technical Support Service.

Kieran would love to hold your hand (in a strictly business-related, non-sexist way, of course) as you grapple with the Byzantine complexities of your web stuff and computer thingies. He understands all that nerdy nonsense and will be happy to handle your online support enquiries. He can also set up a website and database back-up service for you, so that everything will be safely preserved away from your site if your building suddenly goes up in flames. (Just like the pier at Weston-super-Mare did recently. Shame.) Sadly, you will need to pay a modest monthly sum for these highly desirable services, but they will save you a fortune by preventing wasted time and providing peace-of-mind.
