TouchstoneNAV
Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a powerful and widely used software platform. TouchstoneNAV specialises in helping businesses to implement NAV and to use it more effectively. They also provide a comprehensive support service for NAV users. Our challenge was to construct a new website for TouchstoneNAV that would appeal to all three of their target audiences: non-users of NAV, existing users, and users needing better support.
We recommended an approach that enables site visitors to identify their requirement immediately on the home page by choosing one of three entry portals. A rollover tab for each portal offers enticing benefits to encourage clicking on the tab.
Once a visitor has chosen their portal, they are taken on a colour-coded journey that gives them summary information and offers detailed pdf downloads if they want to learn more.
The home page also features a simple but eye-catching animated graphic that highlights a stage-by-stage description of the unique process followed by TouchstoneNAV when they work with clients.
Overall, the clean, slick site design creates a highly professional image for TouchstoneNAV, but by using simple cartoon-like duo-chrome illustrations instead of colour photographs, a friendlier, more human element is added, helping to differentiate the company from competitors.
